Whether you are 4 weeks postpartum or 10 years postpartum this course is designed for women that want to:

  • lay a lifelong foundation for their abdominal and pelvic health
  • strengthen their core to improve pelvic floor function and everyday activities

Here at Women In Motion we believe that women's health should be proactive and not reactive. Our goal is to educate and empower women to improve lifelong abdominal and pelvic health


In addition to our OnDemand content you also get:

  • Membership to our private Facebook group where you find an amazing community of moms and full access to resources and support from Michelle Little PT, DPT
  • Regular LIVE workout challenges. As you are doing our program or months later you can join challenges we host to keep you motivated or serve as check ins.
  • Regular LIVE Q&As. Have more questions, hop on one of our Q&As where Michelle will answer your questions!

Why us?

Our program is designed and taught by a Pelvic PT. Our team has years of experience and post doctorate training in orthopedics, obstetrics & pelvic health!

Our 12 week program is intentionally designed for MOMS. We focus on 5 areas:

  1. Women's Health Education: everything you were never told about the postpartum journey & how this impacts menopause and beyond. The now and later on: Prolapse, Incontinence, Diastasis Recti, Hernia, Sex, Scar Mobility (after Cesarean) & more.
  2. Workouts: We kept our workouts short and simple because we know time is limited. Most importantly our workouts address the ENTIRE body!
  3. Our Home Program: We understand life with kids is busy. This is why in addition to the weekly workouts each week comes with a short 10 minute home program for you to follow in between workouts. Our home program is designed to help work towards lasting changes in your body with less than 10 minutes a day!
  4. Support: regular LIVE options for exercise challenges & LIVE Zoom Q&As
  5. Community: Join our private Facebook group where hundreds of moms are in the same stage of life as you. Our private group is proctored by clinical specialist in Pelvic Health, OBGYN, lactation & L&D to make sure we maintain the highest level of resources and information for you!


Why 12 weeks?

It takes approximately 6 weeks to create physiological strength changes in muscles, and we want to ensure our program helps create lasting strength and wellness changes for you. This is why we take you beyond the foundations to getting you back to running, jumping, lifting!


*Access to our program is for 12 months, a request can always be made for an extension. Through our Facebook group you have lifetime access to all of our future LIVE support.
